Metallurgical wire rope electric hoist is according to the requirements of relevant national regulations, on the basis of CD1, MD1 electric hoist designed specifically for metallurgy, lifting molten metal industry of electric hoist, working level up to M6.

1. Double braking, the lifting mechanism is configured with a support brake and a safety brake, when the conical motor brake failure or intermediate transmission link failure, installed on the reducer high-speed shaft of the DC electromagnetic brake or installed on the drum ratchet brake began to act, brake the heavy weight, to avoid the risk of heavy weight stall, to achieve the maximum safety of lifting products.
2. Overload limiter is configured, and the lifting mechanism is equipped with overload limiter. When the lifting weight reaches 95% of the rated lifting weight, the overload limiter sends an alarm signal. When the lifting weight reaches 105% of the rated lifting weight, the lifting control loop is disconnected, the lifting contactor is released, and the motor stops rotating when it loses power.
3. Double limit, the lifting mechanism to achieve double protection of the lifting limit, the first level of protection for the break fire limit protection, the second level of protection for the break control protection.
4. The insulation level of high-performance motor, lifting motor and running motor is H class, and the overheat protection device is installed in the windings of the lifting motor.
5. Heat insulation board device, electric hoist bottom installed heat insulation board, with high temperature heat insulation protection function.
6. Wire rope configuration, high strength and high temperature steel wire rope for metallurgical occasions.
7. Control mode, remote control is preferred to facilitate the operator to operate in a safe position.
