Huayuan Crane LDP type electric single beam suspension crane is a single beam crane with an electric hoist installed on an angular trolley. The characteristic of LDP type electric suspension single beam crane is that there are three connection methods between the main beam and the end beam, and it is equipped with a suspension hoist trolley. It is equivalent to installing an A1 type fixed electric hoist on the roof of the factory building, which can make maximum use of the factory space and reduce the occupied space by about 1 meter compared to normal single beams, avoiding the phenomenon of hoist swinging when the hoist of traditional LD single beam crane starts or stops.

The main beam of the LDP type electric single beam crane adopts a box shaped main beam with a skewed rail form, and is matched with a specially designed electric hoist trolley. The specially designed electric hoist trolley is often used in conjunction with CD1, MD1 and other electric hoists. The LDP type electric hoist adopts a skewed hanging form and runs on one side of the main beam. The hoist position is raised from the traditional lower side of the main beam to the upper side of the main beam, effectively increasing the lifting height. The small car operates with a conical motor brake and an open gear transmission. The main beam is a box shaped structure with off track and horizontal wheels on top and bottom, which is safe and reliable, and can prevent rail gnawing.
